The floating vanity guide — widths, U-drawers, from R2,800

Why we hang cabinets, how the U-cutout works, and which Luna, Nara or Ash configuration belongs in a guest bath versus a marble ensuite.

Why wall-hung

A floating vanity keeps the floor continuous, hides the trap, and makes a small Alberton bathroom feel larger. We hang on hidden brackets into the masonry — not into the tiles.

The U-drawer

Every Ta'Fargo vanity wraps the waste with a horseshoe cut so the trap never fights the storage. Soft-close slides, a false top rail, moisture-resistant board. Configure width from 600 to 1800 mm in the Atelier.

Which piece

Luna in arctic white is the house signature, from R2,800. Nara is three-drawer oak with leather tabs. Ash is charcoal with a ceramic or marble top. Guest bathrooms often take 600–900 mm; a double-vessel ensuite wants 1500 mm and two ovals.

The mixer and the vessel

Default tap is the square matt-black basin mixer. Vessels sit on the marble — oval for Mayberry, Kolar or marble-look for a quieter guest suite. Pin the suite, then we confirm the trap and the hang height on site.
